The Wave Isn't a Verdict

The wave isn't a verdict. A hard morning doesn't write the whole day.

Anxiety can feel like a final score — like whatever hit this morning decides the whole day. It doesn't. A spike is information from a nervous system on high alert, not a verdict on who you are or how the rest of the day has to go.

Hard hours pass. Soft hours can follow. The wave isn't a verdict.

Today, try one small thing: when the story says "this is how it's going to be," gently answer "this is how it is right now."
