Soft days still count. Low energy isn't a character flaw.

Some days the body just wants quiet. Less noise, fewer plans, more soft edges. And then the guilt shows up: "I should be doing more. Soft means I'm slipping."

Here's the realer version. After bracing, alarms, and pushing through, a soft day is often your nervous system asking for recovery — not proof you're lazy or behind. Low energy isn't a character flaw. It's information.

Today, try one small thing: give yourself permission for one soft stretch of the day without earning it first. Even twenty minutes counts.
